Job Description<\/h2>\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
    \n
  • Interpret technical drawings and detailed specifications to understand machining requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Set up and program mechanical lathes to perform advanced machining operations, adjusting parameters as needed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Work with a variety of materials, including metals, non-metals, and composite materials, adapting machining techniques accordingly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operate machines to perform turning operations on finished parts using specialized techniques;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use high-precision measuring instruments to verify and control critical dimensions of finished parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Make adjustments and optimizations during machining to ensure quality, effectively solving complex problems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform intermediate preventive maintenance tasks, proactively identifying and correcting issues;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide training and guidance to junior operators, sharing knowledge and best practices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to solve technical challenges, contributing technical expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • High school diploma;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical course in Mechanical Lathe Operation or related fields;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Extensive hands-on experience operating mechanical lathes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum of one year of experience as Mechanical Lathe Operator III or equivalent (documented).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
